Five films remain in our Trailer Wars showdown, and two will go head-to-head to claim the last spot in our semifinals.

Sixteen entrants began the contest that will determine the best trailer for a film being screened at this year’s GI Film Festival. Scroll down to watch the trailers for today’s matchup, “The Last Ring Home” and “American Veteran,” then scroll further down to cast your ballot. Share the poll via social media to spread the word, but act fast — voting ends Wednesday morning.

The Last Ring Home is a 27-minute WWII documentary that traces the incredible story of the Annapolis ring of a US Navy officer and hero, Lt Cdr Minter Dial.
America’s wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have created a new population of American veterans: service members so severely disabled they would have died in previous wars, but because of advanced medical technology they survive. We’ve figured out how to keep them alive and bring them back home, but what then?
