Can’t get enough mud running, obstacle crushing and occasional bloodletting? There’s good news for fans of the Spartan Race series.
With more than 50 Spartan runs slated across the United States in the coming year, you now can get an all-access pass to enter as many as you want with the new Spartan Season Pass for $550.
The pass, however, is not good for special charity events — nor the upcoming Spartan Cruise.

Speaking of which, there’s going to be a first-ever Spartan Cruise. Sailing from Miami to the Bahamas and back, it’s set for March 6-9.
Organizers say the cruise will offer a special island race, $50,000 in prizes, and a chance to train with elite athletes. Prices range from $599 to $1,899, but current service members get a 25 percent discount.
Meanwhile, Spartan Race founder Joe Desena is launching a new podcast beginning the first week in January promising one-on-one interviews with fitness gurus, warrior-athletes and world-class adventurers.
Among those in the lineup is a former SEAL Team Six operator, an Olympic wrestling coach and an ultrarunner who just finished a 1,500-mile gruelathon.
