In this video, which I’m pretty sure is a parody video made by some Navy Midshipmen ahead of Navy’s game against Army, says that Navy will win the game because they “give a ship.”

Yeah, it’s a simple little pun. But the confusing thing is that at the beginning the video says that it’s a video for Navy, paid for by Army, but not really. What? I don’t get it. Why did Army “pay” for this video? I’m so, so confused. The joke doesn’t make any sense.
