Purple Hearts returned to families in touching ceremony

It was an emotional reunion for families on Purple Heart Day as eight families received Purple Hearts belonging to a service member in their family. The medals had been misplaced, lost, stolen or never presented. The service members span the time frame from World War I to the war on terror.
